You may initiate a return under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or defective (e.g., a broken attar bottle or malfunctioning burner).
Incorrect Product Received: If the product delivered differs from what you ordered.
Mismatch in Appearance: If the product’s appearance significantly differs from its representation on our website.preetigoyal.in
Size Discrepancies: If the product delivered does not match the size specifications you ordered.
Unsatisfactory Product Experience: If you are not satisfied with the Gauri Sugandh range of attars.
Important: For any return or refund request due to issues like damaged products, missing items, or empty packages, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process your complaint.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are not eligible for return:
Used or Altered Items: Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
Opened Sealed Items: Branded or consumable products with broken seals, unless compensation is provided.
Bulk or Custom Orders: Items like bulk orders of caps, large wooden nalain, big hangings, wall decorations, or custom-made products such as topis, bakhoor, wooden nalain, jubbahs, abayas, bishts, etc.
Incorrect Size Orders: Caps ordered in the wrong size.
Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices.
Conditions for Returning Products
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unsoiled.
Packaging: Include all original packaging materials, tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories.
Brand Packaging: Ensure that the brand packaging is intact.
Availability: Replacement of a product is subject to its availability on our website at the time of the return request.
Refund Eligibility
To initiate a refund:

Return Timeline: If your refund request is approved, you must send the product back to us within 7 days.
Note: Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Customized Orders: Customized orders (e.g., jubbahs, handmade caps, abayas, bishts, wooden nalain) cannot be canceled once placed.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If the product has not been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by informing us promptly.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
